eSupport/Training Plan

We are pleased to offer interactive web-based implementation, customization and training for new and existing users of all legal-specific software products listed on our “Products Page”. Participants in these one-to-one, or one-to-many electronic sessions will be trained on various aspects of the solutions to help the user/firm maximize the numerous benefits of these software offerings. Certified trainers will provide application training from the basics through to the most advanced features, depending on a firm's specific needs.

After hours and Saturday appointments can be accommodated where required. Please inquire at time of scheduling.

Demand and scheduled eSupport sessions are billed actual time used after remote connection. Training sessions are scheduled most often in blocks of one hour with a maximum of two per day. All sessions regardless of purpose are billed by the tenth of an hour with a minimum of 2/10th’s. Connectivity is through the World Wide Web - direct from ProBill's Offices to yours - using a variety of remote meeting tools including those from Citrix and Microsoft. All training is conducted using your database, with simultaneous teleconferencing.
